For this week’s Bleep Bloop Pat and I were in New York, Human Giant’s Rob Huebel and Paul Scheer were in LA, but we were brought together by the magic of Xbox Live and Left 4 Dead. Some notes about this one:

- I had assumed that if we had four headsets, four people could talk. What I failed to anticipate was, for some reason, Microsoft limits you to one working headset per Xbox Live Account. So if you want to have two people on the same Xbox talking, you need two accounts. I have no idea why they would do this, but it’s an problem we’ll fix next time.

- Shooting Bleep Bloop itself is always fun, though sometimes the games aren’t the greatest (nothing personal, Legends of Wrestling II). I think Left 4 Dead is the first game we’ve played on the show that all four of us really enjoyed. It’s not as flashy as Gears of War or Resistance, but I think it’s a lot more fun.

- Not only were Rob and Paul nice enough to do the show, but they also had to tape their end of the conversation themselves, mail us the tape, and put up with numerous technical difficulties. Thanks again guys!
