Here’s some pictures of an art project I did in second grade. It’s an “All About Me” poster where I wrote and illustrated some important facts about myself. Right in the center of the poster I listed my favorite things. They are Nintendo, my friend Ari, hot dogs, and the Weird Al movie UHF. Over the years I lost touch with Ari, though this list is still 75% accurate.

Confession - I am posting this as a cheap excuse to remind you that on next week’s Jeff Rubin Jeff Rubin Show I am interviewing Jay Levey, who cowrote and directed UHF. He’s also been Weird Al’s manager for over 30 years. As you can see my love for UHF and Weird Al goes right to my very core so I’m extremely excited about this one. I wanted to be a magician when I grew up, but this is probably better.

Sidenote - if I ever find a genie, those are still probably my first three wishes.
