This is a performance of God Gave Rock and Roll To You, perhaps better known as the song that brings about world peace at the end of Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey. The movie used a cover by KISS, but this video is by the original artists Argent.

Somehow KISS got away with calling their version God Gave Rock & Roll To You II, even though it’s a pretty straight foward cover and over a minute shorter.
