The past three and half-ish-weeks have been a weird mix of live shows on the road, actual vacation, and Bleep Bloop, but tonight I’m finally home. So much is different! What is Facebook Lite, how is Beatles Rock Band, did everyone who wants to see 9 already see it, why is everyone mad at Kanye West, and what does this new version of iTunes do?
I got to see Washington DC, Orlando, Miami, Tampa, Washington DC (again), Denver, Laramie, Jackson, Yellowstone Park, Springfield (Missouri), Kent, Chicago, and San Francisco. Just as wonderful were the people I got to travel with - Pat, Dan, Corey, Pete, Matt, Hilary, Creighton, Jess, another Pat, a dozen people who came camping, and of course Streeter who if I share another hotel room with will become my common-law wife (obscure law). My sincere thanks to all of them, and everyone we met on the road. It was great, but tomorrow I’m excited to see New York and the rest of my coworkers/friends (of which their is a high overlap).
PS - the last Chicago pizzeria we went to was Giordano’s, picture above. Great crust, but I think I have to give the nod to Gino’s East and their one large sausage patty.
