Bethesda, who publishes the Elder Scrolls series of RPGs, is suing Notch, the creator of the insanely popular indie game Minecraft. Notch is currently working on a game called Scrolls, and Bethesda is claiming they own the trademark on games with the word “Scrolls” in the title.
Notch has responded by offering to settle this with a game of Quake 3.
