WatchStreeter and I wrote a cartoon about what we perceived as tension between Mario and Luigi. We would both call Super Mario World our favorite in the series so we had very specific ideas on how everything should look and move, and Mike Parker really nailed the animation.
It’s not Bleep Bloop, but also you won’t have to complain about the way I pronounce Mario. Enjoy!

WatchI revisited this Onion video (“Trekkies Bash New Star Trek Film As, ‘Fun, Watchable”) after seeing the new Star Trek. This time I noticed a reference I didn’t recognize - at one point the on-screen text says, “Film blasted as ‘accessible to those who don’t even know what Pon Farr is.” Seeking to fully understand the piece, I fired up Wikipedia....
Not only was this All Nighter even more fun than last year’s, I think we made better videos too. A sincere thanks to all the guests, the amazing production team that kept this thing humming for twelve hours, and everyone that kept us entertained on the other side of the live webcam. I was still so excited from everything when I got home I had trouble falling asleep.
